Join the Creative Community on Thursday, March 20 from 6-8 PM for a textile collage workshop. We'll be working with a variety of fabrics to create one-of-a-kind artworks inspired by spring. No sewing experience necessary (seriously!) We'll be providing machines, thread, fabric, potential designs, and even cover the sewing part for you. Come ready to have some fun, perhaps learn a little something new, enjoy some light refreshments, and leave with an original artwork created by you. Ages from middle school through adult welcome!
If you're able and willing, we'd suggest bringing your own fabric scissors, any extra fabric you may want to use for designs, and as many ideas/images/sketches as you may want to use to create your own textile collage.
Childcare available. Please register. Cost: $10. Scholarships available.
