Giving to New Hope is safe and secure. Our online giving platform is an end-to-end PCI Level-1 compliant platform and follows the best security practices. We closely guard your personal information, and only store what is needed for the transaction.
We take every dollar contributed to the mission of New Hope seriously. We work hard to ensure responsible spending and careful accounting. We have a yearly audit and board oversight.
Online accounts make it easy for you to set up recurring giving, download giving statements at any time of the year, and speed up registration for different communities and events we have. To set up an account:
- Click the LOGIN link in the top right corner.
- Click the REGISTER button located beneath the username and password box.
- Choose a username and password, and enter your contact information.
- You may receive an email with a confirmation link. If so, click on the link to confirm your account and log in.

Yes. You have the option of either making a one-time gift or setting up a recurring gift. For a one-time gift, you can designate if the gift should be made immediately or you can schedule the gift to come out of your bank account on the date you specify. Likewise, recurring gifts can be scheduled on the dates that work best for you.
Yes. You can change or cancel your contribution at any time before the date of your next contribution. Simply log in using your user name and password and then go to https://my.newhopepdx.org/give/manage to make the necessary changes. If you need help, reach out to our finance team at finance@newhopepdx.org.
No, adding a new gift, even on the same date and/or frequency, will NOT override other recurring gifts. Having multiple scheduled gifts at once is possible. To overwrite past scheduled gifts, gifts must be canceled. Go to https://my.newhopepdx.org/give/manage to manage your currently scheduled gifts.
New Hope will send year-end contribution statements to your address on file for tax purposes. You can download your statements at any time at https://my.newhopepdx.org/give/history.
General Fund
The general fund supports our day to day ministry needs – everything from our Sundays to midweek gatherings for high school students. This is the primary fund we ask folks to give toward, as we draw all our ministry and operational expenses from it. In addition, this fund supports all of our missions work – both local and international – as well as benevolence. 10% of every dollar in the general fund goes toward missions, and an additional 1% goes toward benevolence needs to support our neighbors as we seek to provide hope and encouragement during challenging circumstances and seasons.
Families In Crisis
Sometimes we or people we know go through challenging circumstances that benefit from outside financial support. While this benevolence fund is primarily supported through general giving, folks who want to give specifically to support this fund may also do so. We use these dollars to provide hope and encouragement to folks in our community when they fall on difficult times.
We are sorry, but only the purposes currently appearing are accepted (General, Families in Crisis, etc.). Any memos added when submitting your gift will NOT change the designation.
You can give online from your checking account or from these credit card providers: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. If you want to save the church fees it’s best to set up your giving through your checking account— simply choose the Bank Account option when giving online.
Not to you. New Hope covers all the processing fees for online credit, debit, and ACH transactions. If you would like to cover the cost of fees, you can do so by increasing your gift by 2.3%.
Stocks and Bonds
Donations of stocks and bonds are gladly accepted at New Hope Church! If you are interested in doing so, please call our finance office at our Beaverton campus at (503) 646-2151 and ask to speak with Angie Marple or email her directly. At that time we will provide you with our broker’s contact information to arrange transfer details. We may also gather your information at that time to make sure we can add the transaction to your giving statement!
