Event Description
We invite photographers of all backgrounds and experience levels to submit their work for the Photography Gallery. A showcase celebrating all the different ways to capture our world. This gallery will feature diverse perspectives and styles that capture the art and storytelling power of photography.
Photos can be taken with any camera available to you, whether that means your phone camera, a DSLR or mirrorless camera, a film camera, a pinhole camera - you get the picture! Submissions will be accepted now - October 31, 2025.
All artwork needs to be dropped off at the church no later than October 31, 2025. This form also needs to be completed no later than October 31, 2025. That way, we know what artwork to expect and can make preparations for the gallery installation. Contact Jess Anders, Corrie Rosensteel or Sarah Lane with any questions. Thanks so much, creatives. While you are more than welcome to submit more than one piece for the gallery, you'll need to provide answers for each of the pieces you'd like to include:
1. Artist Name (First and Last)
2. Artwork Title
3. Artwork Medium/Media
4. Artwork Size/Dimensions (Approximately)
5. Preferred Way of Display - shelf, wall, pedestal, other
6. Is your work ready for display or will it need to be matted?
7. If there is anything else to be aware of in order to display your work safely, share here?
8. If there is an artist statement or other explanation you'd like to have included with your artwork in the gallery, include it here.
9. If your image needs to be printed by us, you can upload it here in JPG/PDF/PNG format at the highest resolution possible (300 PPI ideally). Also if you want it printed to a specific standard print size (8x8", 8x10", 8x12", 9x12", 10x15", 11x14", 11x17", etc.), please indicate that. Please let us know if you have questions about how to do this.
